This site was created and maintained by Paul Below, CCRA, Independent Clinical Research Consultant.
This site is constructed in HTML and CSS and contains JavaScript and other programming features which are best viewed with current versions of all web browsers (Internet Explorer, Netscape, Opera, Mozilla Firefox). Documents available for download on this site are provided in both Microsoft Word and Adobe PDF formats (PDF require Adobe Reader to view - download the program).
This site employs the use of pop-up windows (user-initiated links - not for unsolicited ads) that may be blocked with pop-up blocker software. It is recommended that pop-up control be temporarily disabled when visiting this site. The following scripts are used with credits to their authors: "FormMail v. 3.11" CGI PERL script from nms-cgi.sourceforge.net. The site is currently hosted by 1and1.com (Apache/Unix servers on Linux OS).
